Icon Medicare Services Limited is registered under section 18(3) of the companies Act 2012 with registration number 80020003431132. All our branches are registered with Ugandan Medical and Dental Practitioners council Act (Certificate serial No. 26651) under which the Medical and Dental Practitioners Act 1998. All our facilties adhere to all statutory requirements and upholds the highest standards of medical practice to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services. This official recognition affirms the institution’s commitment to professionalism, patient safety, and excellence in healthcare delivery.

The facility is structured into several specialized departments, including Clinical Services, Laboratory, Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Dental Care. These departments work in collaboration to provide comprehensive and integrated medical services that cater to the diverse health needs of the community. Icon Medical Center offers a broad spectrum of services such as Internal Medicine (both general and specialized), major and minor surgeries, radiology, dental services, and ambulance support. Additionally, the center extends community-based care and home health services to ensure continuous patient care beyond the hospital environment.
A key aspect of the center’s mission is to make essential healthcare accessible to vulnerable populations. Icon Medical Center provides charitable services, including free maternal healthcare – covering antenatal care, normal delivery, and affordable cesarean sections – as well as free child healthcare through immunization programs. The center is strategically located along Mityana Road in Bulenga, Wakiso District, Uganda, with multiple contact lines available for inquiries and emergency services.
